Confidentiality...
Except for contracts that are a matter of public record, SDS will never identify a client organization for advertising, referrals, or
any other reason unless the client authorizes us to do so or it is required by law. This is due to the private and sensitive nature of
many of our consulting engagements. Addresses and e-mails used for correspondence purposes, including newsletters, are never shared with
outside organizations. In addition, all data and information collected from a client during a security assessment and any design specifications and related work, including the fact or existence of the consultation and work itself, will be held in strict confidence to the extent permitted by law, unless otherwise agreed to by the client. |
