Services: Security Risk Assessment

No two clients are alike. We provide complete Risk Assessment services, inclusive of physical security, policies and procedures, and personnel security. While our assessment methodology is proven, we perform this process with the unique needs of each client in mind. The end product is a risk assessment needs analysis report that is economical, concise and tailored to your organization and your needs. The physical security element of our risk assessment services include:

• An initial client meeting to determine the needs of the overall security program. This includes review of any threat analysis or criticality studies from security managers or security management consultants.
• Performing a physical security vulnerability study.
• Conducting interviews of all project stakeholders
• A site inspection and survey to determine what burglary, access control, CCTV and gate systems exist, assess their quality and function and determine if they are in working order.
• Review degree of compliance with recognized CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles.
• Determining the specific equipment necessary to meet customer need; not only type of equipment, but also the quantity, features and functions of the equipment.
• Preparation of a needs analysis report detailing the results of the assessment. This is always client-centric with focus on protecting critical assets from preventable losses.
